We are looking for someone to head up the coaching provision at Moray Sports Centre. Your love for Tennis should be infectious. You will lead a small team which will grow to reflect the increasing popularity of Tennis in the community. There is a finance and admin team already in situ who will support you with that element of the role allowing you to focus primarily on outreach and coaching delivery. A salaried position is available with all the benefits that goes with that and the benefit of coaching indoors. The opportunity to make this position full-time by delivering one-to-one sessions would be encouraged.

Moray Sports Centre is situated in Elgin, Moray. A 4-court Indoor Tennis Centre was opened in July 2024 to compliment a Sports Centre which opened in 2017, with a large Sports Hall, modern Gym and Fitness Studios, and Cafe.
Moray Sports Centre is a registered Scottish Charity. Our mission is to provide sporting opportunities to the local community which are otherwise under-represented.
The Junior Tennis programme commenced in September 2024 with 150 children. There is opportunity to build on this as well as introducing a Senior programme and building links with disability groups.

An honest, enthusiastic Tennis Coach who enjoys working within a larger team. Ideally the successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification, although an experienced Level 2 Coach with a desire to obtain the Level 3 would also be considered favourably. You should be fun and able to communicate with people from all walks of life.
