Club Coach


Radlett Lawn Tennis & Squash Club are looking for a reliable, energetic and hard working level 2/3 tennis coach.
This is a full time coaching position working as part of an established coaching team with extensive & varied experience. The role will primarily involve group coaching in the club environment with a wide range of ages (juniors & adults) and playing standard.
In addition the role will include:
Private coaching with individuals & small groups
Schools coaching (primary & secondary) both at the club & schools
Competition assistance working with individual players & captaining teams
This is an opportunity to be part of a coaching team that is integral to the club & which is driving participation & improvements in playing standard. The right candidate will be part of a well run club & coaching programme & be given the opportunity & freedom to grow & develop as a coach.
The pay rate for this role will depend on the candidate, their qualification & experience plus their coaching achievements to date.
Please note the role includes weekend working hours with potential to grow in working hours quickly
RLTSC is a members-run club offering tennis and squash to a wide range of players of all standards and ages. We are as proud of our beginners as we are of our national level members. The right candidate will be passionate about tennis and making an impact through their coaching. They will be a confident coach who is keen to share their knowledge but who is enthusiastic about developing as a coach and learning from others. They will be a great communicator (with players, parents and peers) and will be keen to be part of a team of coaches with different experience & skills.
This is a role for someone to come in and give their all to helping the club progress while also gaining knowledge from experienced coaches in a variety of areas in coaching.
