Assistant Club Manager – Pure Padel Manchester
Key Responsibilities
-Assist the Club Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
-Provide outstanding front-of-house service, welcoming members and guests.
-Manage customer communications, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
-Plan and monitor the weekly padel academy including events, tournaments, and promotional activities that help drive engagement and participation
-Monitor court utilisation and contribute to strategies that maximise occupancy.
-Utilise natural selling ability and interpersonal skills to maximise ancillary revenues within the clubs through effective retail sales strategies and techniques.
-Ensure health & safety compliance, maintaining high facility standards.
Step into a leadership role in the Club Manager’s absence, maintaining operational excellence.
Key Skills & Competencies:
-2+ years of experience in hospitality, leisure, or sports facility management.
Strong customer service skills, with experience in handling inquiries and building relationships.
-Ability to analyse booking data and contribute to operational decisions.
Event management experience, with a background in coordinating tournaments or social events.
-A proactive and commercial mindset, ensuring the club maximises revenue opportunities.
-A team player with strong communication and leadership skills.
Passion for sports and a willingness to learn padel (previous experience in padel is not required).

We are looking for an Assistant Club Manager to join our team and help continue the growth of the club.
