Tennis Coach
We are looking for a motivated coach to join us and have an integral part in running our coaching programme, mainly Saturdays, alongside 1:1 tennis sessions.
We run a wide range of sessions throughout the week. These include group sessions of all abilities, ladies sessions and mini tennis. We also have the flexibility to begin new sessions and build them around the existing programme.
Responsibilities of the role:
Coach, play and develop players when on court in any setting.
Communicate with parents and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Work as part of a team, providing guidance and support to all team members.
Identify training needs and development for yourself or the player.
Be and inspiration for players and customers.
Help to create a friendly environment where colleagues and customers enjoy being at the club.
Undertake any other reasonable duties and attend meetings, which may be required from time to time.
We are not a performance club, our fun and enjoyable ethos will be at the forefront of your coaching.
Salary and benefits:
£18.00 - £25.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
DBS will be required before starting role
Hours:
10-20 hours per week. This has potential to increase or decrease depending on availability and growth of individual lessons. You will be self employed

About you:
Previous experience in Tennis coaching, including qualifications. Level 2 minimum, level 3 desirable
Knowledge or experience with Tennis Lessons.
Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others.
A passion for working with and developing all players.
Confidence leading small and large groups.
Confidence liaising with parents and members.
Excellent customer service skills.
A desire to learn and develop within the role.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
