Coaching Experience: The experience of a new country, especially one with such comparatively different cultural practices, provides a coach an opportunity to push themselves out of their comfort zone. From coaching 40 kids in a Chinese public school, to working individually with children back at one of our training centres, no day is ever the same at AETennis.

- Cost of living: The cost of living in China is much lower than UK. Meals tend to be around £2 and metro journeys cost no more than 50p a day. It is therefore easy for employees to save money so that they can go travelling during their holidays.

- Support network: AE Tennis provides a strong support network for you. The coach manager is British and has experience of working in China in a similar role. He will therefore help you should any issues arise, whether they are at work or out of work. The company also provides a strong support network throughout work VISA and work permit Application process, which normally takes around 2 months.
