The key role of the applicant will be to grow a coaching programme taking advantage of the current network and contacts set up. There are already 80 people per week on the coaching programmes and 5 one to ones. The applicant will have the full support of the senior management team including assistant coaches as and when required.

Team work is a big part of Microsports as well as a personal drive and willingness to learn. As we grow, so will the applicant.

The ideal candidate will have a passion to deliver an extensive programme for all ages and abilities. They will need strong people and organisational skills to allow the opportunity to reach its potential. Two years experience of being a level 3 or above coach is preferred, however not essential.
