Strike Sports is excited to announce the opening of our new sites in the heart of Cardiff at Hailey Park and Victoria Park. We are seeking a friendly, punctual, and highly experienced Head Tennis Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality tennis sessions and a passion for developing players of all ages and skill levels.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and dynamic tennis coaching sessions for players of all ages and skill levels.
  • Deliver group and individual coaching sessions, including LTA Youth Start, Tennis Express, Adult Sessions, and Cardio Tennis.
  • Develop and maintain school/club links to enhance community outreach and participation.
  • Opportunity to build and manage a personal coaching business, supplementing income through individual coaching on a self-employed basis.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to attract new clients and retain existing players.

Founded in 2018, Strike Sports operates various sites across West London, offering top-tier sports facilities and programs. Recently, Strike Sports has expanded its reach by winning the tender for the newly refurbished tennis courts in Victoria Park and Hailey Park in Cardiff, Wales.


Our mission at Strike Sports is to attract more people to the wonderful game of tennis and empower coaches to succeed through a wide range of management solutions and programs. We are dedicated to creating positive, rewarding environments that lead to impactful results. With our enthusiastic team, we aim to deliver a top tennis coaching program to the community, encouraging greater participation in the sport.

On-Court:

  • Minimum of Level 3 or above with full accreditation.
  • Ability to tailor sessions to cater to a range of skill levels, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
  • Commitment to ensuring the safety and welfare of all participants by adhering to safeguarding policies and promoting a positive and inclusive sporting environment.

Off-Court Responsibilities:

  • Strong planning skills to develop and execute long-term visions for program growth.
  • Ability to engage with management, schools, parents, and community groups.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve.
  • Computer skills, excel, clubspark.


General Skills and Qualities:

  • A dedication to personal and professional development, staying abreast of the latest trends in tennis coaching, sports management, and customer service.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tennis coaching.
  • Friendly, punctual, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality coaching sessions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
