The successful candidate will need to manage, coach and develop a wide range of school and aspiring performance players based across the programme from mini tennis through to 18 years old. They will need to head up the school performance programme and will be responsible for the delivery of individual and squad based sessions. The school performance programme consists of a high number of international students who board at the school and the candidate will need to organise opportunities for these pupils to compete all year round. The candidate will work within a larger team of coaches within the whole school programme.

Culford School is one of the country's leading tennis schools with numerous school national titles in all age groups. Culford is a boarding and day school for over 850 pupils set in 480 acres of beautiful Suffolk parkland.


Culford School is one of 15 LTA RPDC (Regional Player Development Centres) in the country. Culford Tennis have also had individual national and international titles in the Tennis Europe U12/U14 and ITF age groups while there are over 250 pupils accessing the tennis programme at all ages and stages of development.

 

There are six indoor courts (two are covered by a bubble in the winter) and a further five outdoor hard courts, while there is a S&C programme that pupils link in with their tennis programmes all on site.
