Club Coach
Key Responsibilities:
Build Your Own Programme: Develop and implement innovative coaching programmes for juniors and adults, starting from scratch.
Community Engagement: Promote tennis within the community to build a strong player base and expand the club’s reach.
Flexible Coaching Hours: Conduct coaching sessions, initially on Saturdays, with the potential to expand based on demand and your availability. Utilise the club’s four all weather courts from 9am to 1pm, and two courts for the remainder of the day.
Create a Welcoming Environment: Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants, encouraging growth and enjoyment in the sport.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in building coaching programmes from scratch.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about developing players of all ages and skill levels.
