We are looking for an enthusiastic coach to join our growing club on a full-time basis.

 

The role includes leading a range of group coaching sessions, including; Tots, Reds, Oranges, Greens, Juniors, Adults and Schools, as well as lots of opportunities for private lessons with players at our club too.

 

Our expansive coaching programme operates across two sites in Christchurch, Barrack Road (Christchurch Tennis Club) and Grange Road (East Christchurch Tennis Club).

 

There would be additional work hours available during school holidays running our camps programme and further opportunities for additional income through running tournaments at our venues.

Christchurch Tennis Club is based predominantly at the four-court Barrack Road site, with clubhouse and permanent floodlights over two courts. We also run a satalite programme at our Grange Road site, which has two courts, with portable floodlights and access to a neighbouring sports and social club.

 

We were named as Dorset Tennis Club of the Year in 2022 and have since grown to welcome over 400 players to our extensive range of coaching sessions and membership packages across our two sites.

 

Our team of two coaches, Harry Lund (Dorset Tennis Development Coach of the Year 2021) and Adam Dean, have grown the programme and are now looking to welcome a third coach into the team to help continue growing the club and the programme in our local area.

Required:

  • LTA Accredited or Accredited +
  • DBS, First Aid and Safeguarding certified

Desirable:

  • Experience working with school groups
  • Experience working with variety of age groups
  • Cardio Tennis instructor qualified
  • LTA Youth qualified (courses attended)
