LTA Senior Performance Coach
Our LTA Senior Performance Coach qualification (Level 4) will develop your on-and-off court skills beyond Level 3 Coach competencies, preparing candidates who’ll typically be working with players on the National Player Pathway.
The Senior Performance Coach (SPC) and Senior Coach courses share an aligned curriculum across four core training modules exploring key coaching frameworks, with the SPC drilling into specific performance detail, with more intensive modules to further unpack and expand on the content.

- Understand the fundamentals of personal leadership and coaching styles.
- Gain age and gender specific knowledge of learning and skill acquisition.
