LTA Youth Tennis Leaders - Information for Coaches
LTA Youth Tennis Leaders a leadership programme for young people aged 11-18, developing key skills for life.
The programme offers young people the chance to take their first step towards a career in tennis or another sport by gaining experience in several different roles at their local venue.
Leaders support Coaches, Volunteers and Teachers to deliver tennis sessions on court, but also help across other areas such as club management, local outreach, sustainability, digital marketing and more.
We need your help to run programmes across Great Britain and give leaders the opportunity to grow tennis in their community.
How LTA Youth Tennis Leaders can support you
LTA Youth Tennis Leaders can help with coaching sessions, holiday clubs, competitions, open days, off-court activities and much more.
An extra pair of hands to set out equipment or work with small groups frees you up to focus on delivering quality tennis. Leaders also make fantastic role models for younger players in your programmes.
