This face-to-face workshop equips Padel coaches with the foundational knowledge and skills to teach players the four options for playing shots using the double glass. Coaches will spend an hour on each of the four options, and will leave with a solid understanding of LTA coaching methodology, the underpinning principles of the Tactical and Technical Development Frameworks, and plenty of teaching points and drills to make an immediate impact on player performance.
By the end of this course you will:
- Learn the four types of double glass shots in Padel
- Learn and use game-based lesson structure and the LTA Tactical and Technical Development Frameworks to guide coaching interventions
- Understand a framework for the order in which to teach shots
- Understand and practice some effective teaching points for each of the four options
