**You must have previously completed a face to face or virtual classroom 'Safeguarding & Protection in Tennis' workshop (or equivalent approved by the LTA) within the last three years and 6 months to book onto this course. **
Successfully completing this e-learning course will validate the Welfare Officer safeguarding training requirements for a further 3 years.
In this course you will build on your existing safeguarding knowledge to:
- Develop an understanding of types of factors that can increase the risk of abuse
- Increase your confidence in responding to safeguarding concerns and the process that is involved
- Understand how a case of grooming can occur within a tennis venue and the impact of this
- Identify ways to create safer organisational cultures in your venue
