The LTA Tennis Instructor qualification requires the successful completion of the Instructor Readiness Test, a previous best rating of 7.1 or higher, or a current singles WTN of 25.00 (Male) or 27.00 (Female) in order to book onto the qualification.
For more details on the Readiness Test please see here.
When you book the Instructor Readiness Test you will access it through LTA Learn - further guidance will be available within the course itself including what to video and how to submit it. Readiness Test submissions will be assessed by one of the LTA Qualification Assessor team, who are among the country’s highest qualified and most experienced coaches, who are also very experienced tutors and assessors. They will provide detailed feedback and action plans to further coach development.
Booking a Readiness Test allows for ONE submission - if you receive a not yet pass mark you will be required to book another Readiness Test.
