This course is aimed at coaches with an interest in physical development and coordination for young players up to the age of 12.
By the end of the course coaches will be able to design and deliver more effective exercises that specifically challenge coordination and athletic skills in young children. Topics covered include critical windows for coordination development, relative age effect and the five sub-components of coordination. Practical applications are shown through short videos and presentations.
