Overview Females are physically distinct from males, and therefore have different physical ‘resources’ with which to play the game. This means that whilst the fundamentals of padel remain the same for both sexes, the way in which female players maximise their ability differs from males. This practical workshop, developed by worldclass padel players and coaches, is applicable to all ages and stages of female players and provides the tools to optimise your players’ improvement, whilst also minimising their risk of injury.  Following on from National Inclusion Week, we are offering 50% off all bookings made for this workshop.
