Overview Females are physically distinct from males, and therefore have different physical ‘resources’ with which to play the game. This means that whilst the fundamentals of padel remain the same for both sexes, the way in which female players maximise their ability differs from males. Overview The LTA Tennis Coach Qualification is an 11-day face-to-face qualification, designed for those looking to take their coaching to the next level and take the steps towards a career in Tennis Coaching. There are 11 face-to-face days which are split into nine core training days and two elective days with a further four remote sessions.
