LTA court & course booking information
1. The LTA's court and course booking service is an LTA product, designed to enable users to:
(i) find, book and pay for tennis courts in various locations across Great Britain (the “Courts”)
(ii) book group tennis lessons on the courts (the “Lessons”);
(iii) access Local Tennis Leagues in their area through the Local Tennis Leagues product and;
(iv) find free tennis events run by the LTA
The LTA's engaged Sportslabs Technology Ltd (“Sportslabs”) to provide, as part of the ClubSpark Portal, an online tool to facilitate the promotion, booking and administration of the LTA's LTA's online booking service. Use of the ClubSpark Portal will be subject to Sportslabs Terms and Conditions & Sportlabs Privacy Policy.
2. As a result of making a booking through the ClubSpark portal, information about you and the nature of your booking will be shared with the LTA in accordance with LTA Privacy Policy.
3. The Courts are owned and operated by venues including local authorities and private tennis clubs (the “Venues”). Please note that individual Venues and the coaches running the Lessons may have additional terms and conditions which may apply when you book a Court and/or Lessons. Please access these where applicable. The Local Tennis Leagues terms & conditions will also apply to any Local Tennis Leagues booking.
4. Limitation of liability: the LTA isn't party to any contract for a booking made through the LTA's online booking service or the ClubSpark Portal, with the exception of any tennis events operated directly by the LTA.
The LTA isn't in any way responsible for the management or running of, or any health and safety issues in connection with, the Venues.
The LTA, its employees, agents and officers and sub-contractors bear no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly in connection with LTA online booking service or your use of the ClubSpark Portal or from any misrepresentation, whether innocent or negligent, except to the extent that such liability may not be lawfully excluded.
