Hi my name is Anthony Wilson and I'm a level 2 coach. Tennis has been my passion for 10+ years and I started working at Blaydon Tennis Club starting as an assistant and growing to a full time tennis coach. Currently I'm running my club programmes at 3 Clubs including: Bishop Auckland Tennis Club Durham Moor Tennis Club Chilton & Sedgefield Tennis Club. I've booked my Level 3 Coaching Course and am looking to continue my career as an aspiring Tennis Coach!

Coach Accreditation is the LTA’s professional membership scheme for coaches. Being accredited ensures that a coach is qualified, insured and meets safe-to-practice standards, such as first aid and safeguarding training. An Accredited+ coach also commits to a minimum of 15 hours of professional development training each year.
Qualifications range from 1 to 5 and indicate the level of formally-assessed training a coach has completed. Coaches begin the LTA Qualification pathway at LTA Assistant (Level 1) and are able to train up to Master Coach (Level 5), the highest available LTA qualification. When choosing a coach we recommend taking into account qualifications, experience and ongoing CPD training, which can be seen in their 'Recently completed training courses' tab.
