My role is coaching and overseeing the coaching programmes for We Do Tennis at multiple venues. My tennis career stared after enjoying a tennis holiday course at the age of seven. Since then, I have I racked up twenty+ years of coaching and tennis management experience. I have coached abroad and all over the UK. I worked thirteen years at Ilkley tennis club working my way up to Rackets Manager and Assistant Tournament director to a pre-Wimbledon ATP/ITF event. Represented Yorkshire O35s

Coach Accreditation is the LTA’s professional membership scheme for coaches. Being accredited ensures that a coach is qualified, insured and meets safe-to-practice standards, such as first aid and safeguarding training. An Accredited+ coach also commits to a minimum of 15 hours of professional development training each year.
Qualifications range from 1 to 5 and indicate the level of formally-assessed training a coach has completed. Coaches begin the LTA Qualification pathway at LTA Assistant (Level 1) and are able to train up to Master Coach (Level 5), the highest available LTA qualification. When choosing a coach we recommend taking into account qualifications, experience and ongoing CPD training, which can be seen in their 'Recently completed training courses' tab.
