I have 20+ years experience of working with children in education settings and a passion for tennis. I have been a keen player since childhood. Working as an assistant coach for WHTennis at Henleaze is great. I thoroughly enjoy working with children of all ages and abilities and helping them to get a good start in the sport I love. I enjoy working with adults in our Adult Returnercourses. Its always good to see smiling faces, knowing everyone has worked hard and had fun when the session ends.

Coach Accreditation is the LTA’s professional membership scheme for coaches. Being accredited ensures that a coach is qualified, insured and meets safe-to-practice standards, such as first aid and safeguarding training. An Accredited+ coach also commits to a minimum of 15 hours of professional development training each year.
Qualifications range from 1 to 5 and indicate the level of formally-assessed training a coach has completed. Coaches begin the LTA Qualification pathway at LTA Assistant (Level 1) and are able to train up to Master Coach (Level 5), the highest available LTA qualification. When choosing a coach we recommend taking into account qualifications, experience and ongoing CPD training, which can be seen in their 'Recently completed training courses' tab.
