I graduated from the University of Gloucestershire and obtained my degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Studies (BSc hons). I was then fortunate enough to land the role As Head Coach at Cwmbran Tennis Club. one of my biggest passions is getting people playing tennis regardless of age and ability. I have worked with complete beginners to players who have gone on to compete in ITF events over Europe. At Cwmbran Tennis Club there is something for everyone, so come on down and give it a try.

Coach Accreditation is the LTA’s professional membership scheme for coaches. Being accredited ensures that a coach is qualified, insured and meets safe-to-practice standards, such as first aid and safeguarding training. An Accredited+ coach also commits to a minimum of 15 hours of professional development training each year.
Qualifications range from 1 to 5 and indicate the level of formally-assessed training a coach has completed. Coaches begin the LTA Qualification pathway at LTA Assistant (Level 1) and are able to train up to Master Coach (Level 5), the highest available LTA qualification. When choosing a coach we recommend taking into account qualifications, experience and ongoing CPD training, which can be seen in their 'Recently completed training courses' tab.
