I am a Qualified Teacher and worked as Head of PE for fourteen years. I hold my LTA Level 4 Senior Coach qualification and I am Cambridgeshire LTA Development Coach of the Year 2024. I have experience teaching top 10 British juniors, was a Top 5 GB junior player myself, and run one of the most exciting tennis clubs in Cambridge at Love Tennis Academy. I have drawn on over 30 years tennis experience, to develop a forward thinking and progressive way of teaching tennis. I love tennis.

Coach Accreditation is the LTA’s professional membership scheme for coaches. Being accredited ensures that a coach is qualified, insured and meets safe-to-practice standards, such as first aid and safeguarding training. An Accredited+ coach also commits to a minimum of 15 hours of professional development training each year.
Qualifications range from 1 to 5 and indicate the level of formally-assessed training a coach has completed. Coaches begin the LTA Qualification pathway at LTA Assistant (Level 1) and are able to train up to Master Coach (Level 5), the highest available LTA qualification. When choosing a coach we recommend taking into account qualifications, experience and ongoing CPD training, which can be seen in their 'Recently completed training courses' tab.
