I am a LTA Accredited+ Level 3 Performance Coach and have been coaching since March 2004, gaining experience with all ages and abilities. I successfully completed the LTA DCA in Dec 2005, Club Coach (Level 3) upgrade in Apr 2010 and Performance Coach upgrade in Feb 2011. In 2007 I graduated from Chichester University with a 2.1 Honours Degree in Sports Coaching Science. I have been Head Coach at Sway Lawn Tennis Club since February 2012.

Coach Accreditation is the LTA’s professional membership scheme for coaches. Being accredited ensures that a coach is qualified, insured and meets safe-to-practice standards, such as first aid and safeguarding training. An Accredited+ coach also commits to a minimum of 15 hours of professional development training each year.
Qualifications range from 1 to 5 and indicate the level of formally-assessed training a coach has completed. Coaches begin the LTA Qualification pathway at LTA Assistant (Level 1) and are able to train up to Master Coach (Level 5), the highest available LTA qualification. When choosing a coach we recommend taking into account qualifications, experience and ongoing CPD training, which can be seen in their 'Recently completed training courses' tab.
