This session has been designed to provide a balance between coaching to improve performance and linking this to match-play. Sessions will involve 45-60 minutes of tacitcal and technical coaching, followed by integrating in to club-night for the remainder of the session. The coach will be present to assist with this transition and will offer advice/feedback specifically to class participants during the club-night matches.
