CourtFit Clinics offer an exceptional opportunity to enhance your tennis skills with guidance from our senior coaches. With a grand slam theme, our clinics provide 4 hours of top-quality training, divided into two sessions, and include breakfast and lunch. Session 1 focuses on a range of skills and drills to develop your technique and integrate shots for improved match play. Session 2 involves organised match play based on experience levels, with structured feedback from CourtFit coaches. Join us for a day of intense, skill-building tennis practice and fun! Timetable 9:15 AM: Meet at LaBakery for breakfast snacks. 9:50 AM: Transfer to Holland Park. 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Coaching Block 1 - Technical skills. 12:00 PM: Lunch in the park delivered by LaBakery. 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Coaching Block 2 - Structured matchplay. 3:00 PM: Post-tennis drinks.
