Tennis Express is a 5 week introductory course for adult beginners or players with limited tennis experience. The course delivers a weekly class of important basic lessons to help you understand how to play tennis and get into the game. Our courses are delivered by highly qualified and experienced coaches who will help you enjoy learning the key skills at your own speed alongside other like minded players. The course will help you build confidence, get active and build up your love for playing tennis! Rackets can be supplied with this course if you don't own one but players need to come in sportswear and suitable footwear for safety reasons.
