This Tennis Xpress course is ideal for Adults either looking to get back into the game after a long break, or those looking to take up the sport and want to get some coaching tips in as well as meet other players along the way. Each week we will go over different shots, get lots of chance to practice, and at the same time learn how to rally, play singles and doubles, and most importantly have lots of fun along the way. A great starting point, with chances to practice along the way, and follow on sessions available to those participants who go on to join the club after the course finishes. We have spare rackets you can use for each session if you don't have your own equipment, and the course is available to non-members as well as members of the club.
