Adult tennis sessions 17+ every Monday from 19:15 - 20:15 on the outdoor cover tennis courts at Upton Court Grammar. A good combination of fitness and thorough going over of technical skill. These sessions are run by enthusiastic LTA certified coaches who are experienced in working with adults in the community to improve their skills.
