About the class
Walking Tennis is open to anybody. Whether you're a lifelong tennis player, you're new to the sport or if you just need a bit more time, you can give the game a go in a supportive setting.
Walking Tennis offers a slower format of the traditional game by introducing simple rules to make it less physically demanding, easier to learn, but just as much fun. This session is played on a smaller court indoors with softballs and modified equipment. Our Walking Tennis programme is designed by our Head Coach to cater for those with health related issues such as Parkinson's. Our session includes lots of opportunities for social interaction, it is informal, fun.
