Padel Xpress is a beginner adult introductory coaching course for players who want to learn the essentials of the sport. Padel Xpress is all about meeting other players and having fun while getting to grips with the basics.
Aimed at adults who are new to the game or a little rusty, designed as a six week course, Padel Xpress sessions are fun, easy to learn and will help players quickly learn the basics and techniques.
By the end of this course players will be able to hit all the basic shots, use the glass effectively, and have a wider understanding of the tactics required in padel.
It doesn’t matter if they’ve played a handful of times or never picked up a racket before – Padel Xpress is for all beginner adult players.
