These sessions will introduce you to the game and give you the confidence to get on court and enjoy matchplay. We will run through the tactics, strokes and rules with plenty of opportunity to practice in a structured way. Most people enrolling on this course have had a go at tennis, possibly at school and never thought tennis could be for them. Why not give it a shot?!
