This is a friendly drop-in coaching session for adults who can rally and keep a ball in the court. Its aim is to improve the technique of both those players who are now attending regularly. All shots from serve to groundstrokes to volleys are coached with the ultimate goal of everyone enjoying a rally and playing singles or doubles club sessions.
