Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. This 60 min session will burn on average over 600 calories and you will hit lots of tennis balls. Join now for sessions from just £8 members & £10 non-members. PAYG is an option at £10 members & £12 non-members, but classes are kept to limited numbers and booked participants will take prioity.
