Red Ball
This session is a FREE SESSION- Red stage tennis which is played on smaller courts, with 21″ rackets and 75% slower balls. You’ll see overarm serves, rallies and volleys. Coaches will help kids to further develop their coordination, balance and speed. We introduce relaxed competition here too.

Ages 5-7
Orange/Green Ball
This session is a FREE SESSION- perfect for players new to the sport, or those transitioning from Red Stage. We play with slower balls (either 50% or 25% slower, depending on the groups abilities), and we bring in the baseline and tramlines and drop the net.  It’s where players will develop a rounded game and test their skills. Time to throw in some tactics, problem-solving, and guides to sportsmanship and leadership. At this stage, children will either know or quickly learn all of the rules. will be serving and returning and playing point and matches. For the older players in the group it’s also time to play on a full size court!

Yellow Ball
This session is a FREE SESSION- played on a full-size court with the same size balls the pros use, kids will explore different styles on the court, and start to choose their own. The session is perfect for beginners and players transitioning from the Green Stage. We deliver fun and engaging games to help develop the skills and techniques needed to become a competent tennis player.

Adult Beginner
This FREE session will primarily focus on technique and will help you to develop an understanding of the game and the four main strokes (serve, forehand, backhand and volley). Beginner sessions provide support to help you develop your own style and learn about effective body movement for tennis. They may be taken over a number of months or even up to a year to establish a springboard to intermediate level.
