Bamford Cardio Tennis

Cardio tennis is a fun, fast paced basket drilling sessions mixed with fun games. This session is generally coached to music and no level is required so it’s a great entry for new players and beginners but likewise social and team players can get involved. It beats the boredom at the gym :) Players can book on weekly. There are minimum numbers to allow this to run each week. Please also note that we can only issue refunds of places for cancellations made over 48 hours in advance. If we have to cancel due to the weather we will issue a refund for your booking.
