Performance level training for Men, Game based! Over three hours. Mastery of the ground strokes(10am to 10:45) :- Hitting with topspin, increase hitting rate, less errors with harder hitting! Higher net clearance, essential for beating skilful players. Within this hour, we focus on an important skill for you to develop, if you want to swing faster and keep the ball in play! Mastery of Play(Volley) 11-11:45am :- feeling venerable when volleying? “ Bad Hands at the net, a lot of the time, you are not placing the balls where its meant to go- “ i intended to put it away, not pop it up”… We will look at Movement, footwork and the compactness of the arm! Serve Mastery( 12 noon to 12:30) :- It geldings the Game-Hence essential practice! Areas to cover; Stance The throw or toss of the ball Leg drive for power Understanding Supination and Pronation Where the racket should finish.
