Level 1 -2 Beginner The Journey begins.
The Journey begins! The player has little or no rackets experience. They may have some limited physical ability. As a beginner they will need to learn padel specific footwork, basic flat forehand and backhand technique. They will also need to learn the ball bounce off the glass, how to volley and hit an overhead. Correct positioning on the court and to play as part of a pair rather than playing as an individual is part of the learning curve. At this level, skills are limited but the journey will be fun.
