Free funded tennis sessions that aim to encourage adults living in the local community, especially those aged 50 or over or living on their own to take part in weekly exercise in a fun and friendly environment. The session is open to adults of all abilities and tennis experience, from people who have played for years, to people who have never picked up a racquet! Each session will be run by Head Coach Matt Hillman, who is a qualified and accreditaed LTA coach. Sessions will be be a mix of tennis drills, exercises and matches - focusing on fun and enjoyment! This programme is being run in partnership with the Northfield Neighborhood Network Scheme and The Heart of England Community Foundation, and thanks to them all sessions will be free of charge, and all equipment will be provided!
