About the venue

Newport PembrokeshireTennis Club was established and officially opened in September 1984. Newport is a town in an ancient borough, with a history dating back to the Norman conquest. Our two courts were built on land adjacent to the site of Newport’s original castle, built around the beginning of the 13th century. They also run parallel to the coast path on the beautiful river Nevern estuary.  We offer two excellent hard courts providing a great tennis experience for both members and the general public who can hire a court on a Pay & Play basis. We also provide regular coaching through our resident LTA Level 4 qualified coach, Tom Hole.
