Ashbourne Park is 14.55 hectares in size and is the town’s main open space. It is situated between Cokayne Avenue and Park Road. The park has a 2 tennis courts on the multi-use-games-area, sharing the space with 5 a side football and basketball courts. there is a children's play area and water splash pad (open May-Sept), 3 football pitches, a cricket pitch & nets, a rugby pitch, and a pavilion
