About the venue

Get on court and play your way.... Thanks to the LTA, Government and Amber Valley Borough Council funding we have been able to upgrade the tennis facilities at Alfreton Welfare Recreation Ground. The newly renovated tennis courts at Alfreton Welfare Recreation Ground are now open for booking via the new online booking system. The courts have had a new surface, as well as new nets, posts and court surface re-painting, including netball line markings added. In addition, we're excited to bring to you brand new gate access technology and an online booking system to improve your user experience for anyone who wants to play.  Book a court today!
