Title-winners crowned at the 2024 14U, 12U & 11U Lexus Junior National Championships in Nottingham

The 10-day event at the Lexus Nottingham Tennis Centre showcased the best in young British talent with a high level of competition in all draws.

In the 14U events, Culford School Regional Player Development Centre (RPDC) had a weekend to remember as two of its players won both the singles and doubles in the boys and girls draws.

Scott Watson – coached by Chris Johnson and Mat Lowe at Culford School RPDC – defeated top seed Eric Lorimer in the boys’ singles final, before the duo teamed up to clinch the doubles trophy as well.

Megan Knight – also coached by Lowe – defeated top seed Daniella Britton in the girls’ singles final before the duo won the doubles title without dropping a set.

This is the first time in the tournament's history that a single venue has taken home all four titles in one age group.

Hollie Milligan, LTA’s Competition Manager, reflected on the event, saying: “A huge congratulations to all the players who competed in this year's Lexus Junior National Championships, which is the flagship event of the domestic tournament calendar. It was fantastic to see so many coaches supporting their players and helping them to learn and develop through competition, which is one of the key drivers of the LTA’s performance competition calendar.”

Beyond the 14U categories, the event celebrated strong performances and victories across different age groups and venues, showcasing the depth and breadth of junior tennis talent in the UK.
