Jamie Murray has been awarded the OBE by the Queen for services to sport and charity at an investiture ceremony held at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday.
In the past 12 months, Jamie has helped Great Britain win the Davis Cup so memorably and he has also clinched doubles titles at both the Australian Open last January and the US Open in September.
"I never expected this, and it's not something you think about,” said Jamie, who has joined his brother Andy in receiving the honour.
"It's amazing to be honoured like this for some of the achievements I've been able to do in my tennis career."
Jamie’s mother Judy joined him at the palace alongside his wife Alejandra Gutierrez and father William Murray.
