Emma Raducanu joins reigning champion Madison Keys for Rothesay International Eastbourne
• 2 MINUTE READ
2023 champion Madison Keys and Britain's Emma Raducanu have confirmed their places at the Rothesay International Eastbourne from 22-29 June this year.
One of the first two stars announced to play at Eastbourne this year will be reigning champion Keys.
Last year, the American defeated the then world No.11 Daria Kasatkina 6-2, 7-6(13) in the final to add to her previous title in 2014.
Keys will be looking to become the first player to retain the trophy since Justine Henin from 2006-2007.
In addition to winning her seventh career title along the South Coast last year, Keys also reached the semi-finals of the US Open and quarter-finals at Wimbledon and qualified for the WTA Elite Trophy at the end of the season.
In British news, Emma Raducanu is set to make her Rothesay International debut, with the former US Open champion confirming she will be heading to Eastbourne this summer.
