Lloyd Glasspool and Harri Heliovaara have become the seventh pair to qualify for the Nitto ATP Finals from 13-20 November in Turin.
Glasspool joins Joe Salisbury and Neal Skupski as the third Brit in the doubles line-up at the end of year finals.
The duo qualified after reaching their first ATP Masters semi-final at the Rolex Paris Masters, with a win over Jamie Murray and Matthew Ebden, capping off a breakthrough year for Glasspool and Heliovaara.
Glasspool has had the season of his career in 2022 jumping 136 places to a career-high world No.14 in the live rankings.
The British, Finnish team won their second ATP title together earlier this year in Hamburg, where they knocked out the second and third seeds to eventually seal the trophy with a dominant 6-2, 6-4 win over Rohan Bopanna and Matwe Middelkoop.
In addition, Glasspool and Heliovaara have also reached a further six finals this season – in Montpellier, Dallas, Umag Metz, Stockholm and of course, most memorably, at the cinch Championships back in June.
They have also enjoyed strong Grand Slam runs this season as well, progressing to the quarter-finals at the French and US Opens.
A victory over Skupski and Wesley Koolhof on Saturday will see them reach a seven final of the year and take them within touching distance of the biggest title of their careers and a place inside the ATP top 10.
