LTA Courtside: How to use the app
Step one: Download the app
Download the LTA Courtside app for free in the App Store / Play Store. Make sure you have the latest version downloaded.
Step two: Complete on-boarding
Go through the app on-boarding and learn more about the features available. Check 'allow notifications' to stay updated on news, schedule changes, the order of play and more.
Step three: Log in to your account
Head to the 'Tickets' tab and log in using your LTA Advantage account details to access your tickets. You can also sign up for an account here as well.
Step four: View your tickets
Once logged in, your tickets will appear in the app around a month before the event. Here you can find your ticket to scan on the day and transfer any other tickets to guests.
We recommend everyone attending an LTA grass court season event should have their own ticket readily available.
Step five: Transfer a ticket
To transfer a ticket, simply choose the ticket you want to share and select ‘Send ticket to a guest’. Enter their email address and select send.
All they have to do is log in to their account or sign up using that email address and accept the transfer.
Step six: Cancel a ticket transfer
If you need to cancel a ticket transfer – you can only do so before the recipient has accepted.
On the pending ticket transfer screen, select ‘Cancel transfer’ and the tickets will be automatically refunded to your wallet.

If your tickets aren’t appearing in the LTA Courtside app, here are a few steps you can try:
- Make sure you are logged in to an LTA Advantage account in the app that matches the same email address used when you purchased the tickets.
- Check that you received email confirmation for your ticket purchase and notification that your tickets have been released to your app.
- If your tickets have been transferred, make sure they have been transferred to the correct email address. This address will also need to be the same for your LTA Advantage account in the app.
- Tickets may not have been released yet. Tickets will appear around a month before the event.
- Make sure you have the latest LTA Courtside app downloaded rather than older versions of the app.

If your ticket QR codes aren’t appearing in the LTA Courtside app, here are a few steps you can try:
- Make sure you are logged in to the correct account. You will need to be logged in to an LTA Advantage account with the same email address that you used when buying your tickets.
- If your tickets have been transferred, make sure they have been transferred to the correct email address. This address will also need to be the same for your LTA Advantage account in the app.
- Your QR codes may not have been released yet. The scannable QR codes for your tickets will show in your app 48 hours before the event.
- Make sure you have the latest LTA Courtside app downloaded rather than older versions of the app.

No – only digital tickets are available through the LTA Courtside app.
Using digital tickets increases your ticket security, improves your experience getting into the event on the day and is more sustainable than other alternative options.
On the day, you can scan as many tickets as you’ve purchased.
However, we recommend that anyone attending an LTA grass court event has their own ticket available on their own device to reduce your time queuing and improve your experience around the grounds.
Tickets can be easily transferred within the app. You cannot screenshot tickets and share them as photos.

Yes – public tickets can be transferred to other guests.
For the best experience on the day – we recommend that everyone attending an LTA grass court season event should have their own ticket downloaded in the LTA Courtside app on their own device.
If you have purchased tickets for the HSBC Championships through the local resident’s ticket offer you can only transfer one ticket and keep one yourself.
If your ticket transfer isn’t going through – here are a few things you can try:
- Check the email address you’ve transferred to – is this the correct address?
- Check the recipient’s Advantage account – the recipient will need to be logged into an LTA Advantage account registered in the same email address that you’re transferring the tickets too.
- Check your internet connection – the ticket recipient will need to be connected to the internet to receive the transfer and download the ticket.

You will need an internet connection to download your ticket. We recommend doing this before you arrive at the event.
We suggest you have internet connection available on the day just in case to help reduce your time in queues.
If you have a new phone – re-download the LTA Courtside app and log in to your account.
Your tickets will be available under the ‘Tickets’ tab in the app once they have been released.
Please make sure your phone is fully charged before you arrive at the event.
We recommend bringing a portable phone charger with you as well to ensure you have your tickets available throughout the day.
If your phone does dies on the day, speak to a member of staff on-site.
