Accessibility
We want to ensure that the Rothesay Open Nottingham is as welcoming, inclusive and accessible as possible, working within the restrictions of a temporary outdoor venue. If you'd like to see additional facilities at the tournament, or if you have any other personal requirements, please let us know below:
Blue badge parking is very limited this year so if you plan on driving, we'd strongly recommend ordering a parking pass in advance. We can't guarantee there'll be space on arrival.
A number of accessible car parking spaces are available at the front of the Tennis Centre Car Park at the Nottingham Tennis Centre with easy access to the main entrance to the tournament. Spaces for the Rothesay Open parking can be booked online alongside your tickets.
You can purchase car parking tickets on the day, but this is subject to availability, therefore we advise that you book in advance
Check out our travel & parking page below for advice on travelling to the tournament.
We have accessible toilets. Please ask a member of staff for directions on arrival.
No dogs are allowed in the venue, except for certified assistance dogs. Certified assistance dogs are only allowed in the wheelchair accessible areas on Centre Court.
Individuals wishing to access Centre Court with their assistance dog must buy a ticket for the wheelchair accessible seating area.
All accessible public catering facilities are located within the venue grounds in the grass areas either side of the South Stand seating structure of Centre Court.
Head to the food & drink section for information on what will be available for 2024:
As part of our vision of ‘Tennis Opened Up’, we want everyone to feel included at our major events. That is why we’ve decided to introduce sensory bags at all LTA tournaments this 2024 grass court season.
Available for collection from our tournament information point, each sensory bag contains ear defenders, ear plugs, sunglasses and fidget toys, as pictured. Spectators who would like to use a sensory bag will be required to sign it out from the information point, and then sign it back in upon return.
Information point staff will be on hand to assist with this collection process.
There are a number of wheelchair accessible spaces available on Centre Court which provide space for one wheelchair user accompanied by a carer. Please note that the carer/companion ticket is complimentary. You can purchase wheelchair accessible and essential companion tickets online ahead of the tournament.
For anyone needing Ambulant Disabled seating, please contact the Ticket Factory on the telephone number below in order to purchase your tickets that meet your requirements. Those requiring a FOC Essential Companion will also be able to arrange this over the phone by calling 0344 581 1245 .
