Welcome to the 2024 Rothesay International, Eastbourne!
On behalf of the LTA, I’d like to offer a very warm welcome to you all. This year marks the 50 years since the tournament was founded and Devonshire Park has witnessed many special moments over those five decades. It is a milestone that we are all very proud to achieve and I hope you enjoy celebrating with us!
Myself and my team are here to help you to have the best week you can and prepare successfully for Wimbledon.

Player Lounge and Player Dining
The Player Lounge and Player Dining are in the Welcome Building with access from the main entrance, through the door to the right of Love Fifteen Hospitality and down the stairs or down the ramp in front of the Towner Building.

- Thu 20 June 11:00-16:00
- Fri 21 June 09:00-18:00
- Sat 22 - 29 June 09:00 - one hour after the start of the final match
- Player Gym/Warm Up Area
- Warm up area with light weights, static bikes, and an outdoor warm up area.
- Additional state of the art gym facilities are available at Eastbourne College across from Gate 3.
- The Gym at Eastbourne College is available from:
- Thursday 20 June - Friday 28 June
- 10:00 - 18:00
- This is accessed from College road opposite Gate 3. Please sign in and out with the Security/Marshal
- Stringing service
- Stringing service available from Thursday 20 June.
- The stringing service is located adjacent to Player Dining.
- Price per racquet is £20 and is payable via prize money.
- Private Physio/Massage
- Private physio/massage booths are available adjacent to the Player Gym.
WTA/ATP Locker Rooms
Located adjacent to Gate 3.
WTA Performance Health team, including PHCPs, MTs, Mental Health Care Provider, and Sports Dietitian and ATP Physio teams are located inside the Locker Room Building, together with WTA and ATP Physicians
Laundry drop off is located opposite the locker rooms. Please see a locker room attendant for direction.
Each player is entitled to 1 complimentary bag of laundry per day.
Drop by 10:00 for pick up after 10:00 the following day.
First day to drop laundry is Thursday 20 Jun.
- On-site practice courts from 10am – 6 pm end (last booking 5pm)
- Off-site practice courts from 11am – 6pm end (last booking 5 pm)
- Practice court phone line open 9:00 - 30 minutes after completion of play

It is a legal requirement that a child must travel in a seat. If you are not traveling with one, we can arrange for one, but we need to know before arrival.
Please note it is a legal requirement in the UK for drivers and all passengers to wear seat belts in cars and minibuses.

Please note the following information about UK withholding tax.
Prize money issued by the LTA events is subject to a withholding tax under UK Tax Authority. Under the revised "Reduced Rate Tax Withholding Application" the amount earned by any non-UK resident player before tax is £12,570 from 6 April 2024 to 5 April 2025. Once a non-UK resident player's earnings exceed this amount, all prize money earned from LTA events will be subject to a 20% withholding tax deduction.
When tax is deducted on-site Player Services will complete a FEU2 form showing details of prize money earned and tax withheld. A copy of FEU2 form will be provided to players during event and players should retain this for their tax agent / manager. A duplicate copy cannot be issued. The LTA will be responsible for paying the tax withheld over to the UK Tax Authority.

The LTA has partnered with Brita for the 2024 tournament.
For 2024 players will be provided with re-usable Brita water bottles. If you have attended Nottingham Open, Birmingham Classic or the Cinch Championships please bring your re-usable water bottle from that event with you to the Rothesay International.
You will be able to use these bottles to fill up from Brita water fountains around the grounds and court side.
This year you will also be provided with Precision Hydration. These take the form of:
- Precision hydration sachets
- Precision hydration chews and
- Precision hydration gels
Please use as instructed by your WTA or ATP physio.
